Service Delivery Manager, Enterprise Operations

I have lost yesterday, I can’t claim tomorrow, today will always be my day.

I started with Xcellink in the year 2000 as Data Center Operator. After a few promotions within the first 3 years, I assumed the role of Team Lead.  I continue to make mistakes along the way, but with the guidance of my supervisor and the support from the organization, I continue to learn and my performance improved as team Lead.  The company entrusted me to take on the role of Operations Lead to manage 7 Data Centres in various locations with 30 operators for one of our important client. Currently I am Service Delivery Manager, handling various accounts, managing operations and providing my service to delight our customers. 

Xcellink provided me with opportunities to  grow from a Data Center Operator to become a Service Delivery Manager. Encouragement and guidance from the supervisors, training and courses that I participated in, gives me the confidence to do well in my scope.  It has been fulfilling journey with Xcellink, and in my view, largely due to the sincerity and culture of the company to continue supporting those who wants to be successful.
