One of the few soft skills that I have acquired that I believe offers me value in the field of work is the account management aspect where no one customer or person for that matter, is exactly the same. This calls for adaptability to various styles of both communication and management where working with such a broad spectrum of clients, is highly essential. The art of account management is something that I am constantly revisiting to raise the bar for myself and the company to greater heights.
