With various industries in the retail, edutainment, automotive and manufacturing sectors in Human Resource, I have come to a realisation that there is no perfect HR strategy but one that aligns best with the company’s objectives and policies along with the government regulations. Every employee is valuable and greatest asset of the company.
From supporting the employee’s life cycle, helping them achieve their greatest potential in their career to meeting new people, my role is to work closely with mainly the Operations, Finance & Payroll and Business Team to ensure HR operations run smoothly. The work has been challenging yet fulfilling with sense of achievement.
Xcellink has shown me the appreciative and openness culture which I’m grateful to be part of this team. I hope to continue to improve and impart what I have learnt, whilst helping the company to achieve the business goals with the support of my boss and colleagues.
