Xcellink was my first company that I join right after I earned my bachelor’s degree. Having studied in the areas of technology management background, I am particularly interested to embark my career in the technology sector, and I was fortunate that Xcellink has given me the opportunity to be part of the team as one of their talent sourcing. It was the impetus for me to kick-start the path to my career in the future.

As a talent sourcing, I am helping the candidate to find the best role for them and my task is to solicit, skill-matching and bring qualified potential candidate into the business to fulfil our client needs. Therefore, I have equipped myself with the soft skills in the course of work and it helps me accordingly when dealings with the candidates and in keeping track of my targets.

I am blessed to be part of this company which provide me with a jubilant experience. I truly appreciate the culture and camaraderie of working with Xcellink. A good relationship with my leaders and colleagues who have mentored, guided, and taught me had also been pivotal.
