Selection Process
At Xcellink, we value
every application that is submitted to our job
database. Our review process is designed to ensure
that all applications are evaluated to the job
requirement before being considered for the
opportunity. Our review tools and technologies
help us data mine the details the jobseekers input
in the ONLINE application. Read further
about our 8 step process to help you understand
our selection methodology.
- Jobseeker submits his application via an
ONLINE form.
- Xcellink Consultant receives the application
instantly on the next working hour.
- Xcellink Consultant reviews all applications
for the Job by shortlisting few applications
using data mining technology. Information is
reviewed based on the "Text Resume" that is cut
& pasted in the ONLINE form.
- Once shortlisted, a contact is made with the
jobseeker via Telephone/Email. Jobseeker is
requested to fill a detailed online form via
Xcellink jobsite. A possible 1st Interview is
arranged with the jobseeker and Xcellink
Consultant. Additional documents related to the
job are sent to the Xcellink
Consultant.
- If qualified, the Applicant's information
will be passed on to our Hiring Managers.
- Upon further shortlisting from the Hiring
Managers, the applicant will be called on for a
2nd Interview.
- If qualified by the Hiring Manager,
negotiations take place.
- Offer is made to the
Jobseeker.

Our selection processes are purely based on ONLINE Applications that we receive via career@xcellink. With our new technology and tools, we prefer jobseekers to share their profiles with us by leaving a copy of their resume in our talent database.
Our Consultants will constantly review our talent prior to our new job advertisements for any job opportunities that is required by our clients.
